This week we will enter another strength cycle continuing to advance our basic lifts and get into some of the more advanced stuff. Once again squats and deadlifts are the basis for everyother lift so we will keep working on them. Keep a good pace dont rest for more than 45 seconds between sets focus on speed of movement an technique, complete the strength work once during the week and the skill twice.
