Stronger and Faster Turnover for the Snatch

One major flaw in the snatch that is common among crossfitters is not finishing their pull, and a slow turn over, both of which can be fixed by reducing the movement to a more simple form. By taking the hips out of the movement, we end up with the muscle snatch, an exercise that will strengthen and increase the speed of that turnover. Here is a little complex that will help both areas, this would be great to add in pre or post wod as a little extra credit.

Exercise: Complex- 1 Seated dumbbell muscle snatch and 1 seated dumbbell press 3x8-10 complex
