Muscle ups have become a very important skill in crossfit as a sport, so for anyone competing, its something every athlete should be able to do, however, many people struggle with them. Here are some great tips, but remember skills must be developed , which takes time, so if you want to get a muscle up, put in some extra time, have a plan, and execute that plan to reach your goal.
