More often than not, killing goats is harder said than done, so here is a quick how to guide to strengthen a weakness. Regardless if its rowing, Olympic lifting, stamina, or gymnastics, the first thing that needs to be understood is how the body adapts to training so we can do the right things to get better. In my opinion the most important thing to understand is the S.A.I.D. Principal. Specific Adaptations to Imposed Demands, meaning the human body will make adaptations according the demands places upon it, in other words if you squat a lot, you will get better at squatting, if you do muscle ups a lot, you will get better at muscle ups, or if you stop lifting, you will lose strength. This principal is that reason that if you want to really make a big step in killing your goat, taking a focused structured approach is the best. So, I encourage anyone that really wants to make a significant improvement in a certain skill or movement to take that goat and attack it with a structured program to force that adaptation, just remember you have to stick with the program and be dedicated to see the results, you will reap what you sew.
