Advanced Gymnastics

The ability to use the body as one unit is something that many of use forget on a daily basis, however, that is the core philosophy of gymnastics. Taking this idea to training everyday with weightlifting, cross fitting, power lifting, or even monostructural movements will help us perform at a higher level. here is a great video of some more advanced gymnastics progressions, however even beginners can find exercises in it to help with their overall fitness.
