Snatch Complex

Sometimes using complexes to help refine certain parts of a movement can be very useful, so here is a snatch complex to help work on snatch for in general with an emphasis on becoming fast getting under the bar. This lifter in the posted video has great aggressiveness and speed getting getting under the bars so really focus on that aspect of the lift. The video has all of the Olympic lifts, however the complex at the beginning is the same complex we are doing today.

Exercise: 12 x1 complex ( 1 complex consists of 1 squat snatch and 1 snatch balance)
