Overhead Lockout Strength

Locking out weights overhead is one of the greatest challenges for many people when it comes to heavy over head lifts, as well as lifts that require alot of stability overhead. Over head yoke carry is a great way to train the lockout for many reasons, first being that you can subject your body to heavier than normal loads for that position, meaning you can put alot more weight overhead. Second is that  there is a great level of stability involved in the carry, stimulateing your core and support muscles with those heavy weights.

Exercise: Overhead Yoke Carry 3x lengths (length of the box) ( add weight aqnd see what your max weight is for that length.)
