One nutritional subject that never seems to go away and has many different aspects is the subject of the nutritional value of milk. There are a lot of different views of milk and whether or not it is something that people should drink. There are a few things that are generally well excepted especially among cross fit circles, first, organic milk without pesticides or hormones is better, and if you drink milk to drink it in the most natural form, whole and even raw.Some even go as far as to transition to goats milk because of its different nutrient profile.
