Handstand Technique

Handstands are a skill we see fairly often in cross fit, however we rarely spend time trying to perfect it by looking at the technical aspects of them. So here is a some stuff to work on coming from an elite gymnast. Handstands were something i personally struggled with, so i have tried some of his tips , and honestly it helped alot.

Exercise: 5 x Max handstand push up....... NO KIPPING
