Sometimes to continue to eat healthy you have to look outside the box and try some less conventional recipes, sometimes those recipes are the best, here is a great one, give it a try.
Ingredients: 2 1/2lb beef brisket (perferably grass fed organic), 2 Tsp finely ground organic coffee, 2tsp paprika, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1tsp sea salt, 1tsp fresh ground pepper.
Directions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all seasonings and rub over brisket, wrap in aluminum foil, place in a roasting pan and cook 2 1/2 - 3 hours.
Optional: Wrap in organic bacon for for a different added flavor.
