Chiefs' Must Read List

One of the best things we can do as athletes and fitness enthusiest is to educate ourselves and one of the best ways to do this is just to read. Here is a list of books discussing everything from how to learn skills, nutrition, physiology, fat loss, and mobility that i highly reccomend reading.

2: The 4 hour body- Tim Ferris (All sorts of topics, not your typical book)
