Recovery: Sleep

As we all know, sleep is monumentally important when it comes to recovery, but what exactly is sleep, what do we need when it comes to sleep, and what can we do to sleep better? These are the main questions when it comes to sleep. Here is a great video from a sleep expert from the U.S. Military's Special Operations that answers all these questions. I've tried this stuff and it works, so i highly recommend trying some of it.
