The first thing to do when beginning CrossFit is to take our Foundation classes.  Each Foundation class includes instruction on a few of the basic CrossFit movements.  You will be trained in each basic movement over the course of 3 Foundation classes.  At the end of each class, you will be put through a scaled workout based on the new movements you've learned. 

These Foundation classes are suitable for any fitness level.  We've made them non-intimidating and easy to jump right in and learn about CrossFit.  You must learn all the basic movements in the Foundation classes before jumping into other classes.

All 3 (A, B, C) Foundation classes need to be completed by all, in no particular order.

A - Squat Series     B - Press Series, Deadlift     C - Snatch, Cleans, Rings
