"Incredible Hulk"
20 minute AMRAP of:
5 Dead Lift (115/75)
5 Power Clean (115/75)
5 Front Squat (115/75)
5 Push Press (115/75)
5 Back Squat (115/75)

R.E.C.: Bear Crawl one lap in outermost lane for time. Each time you take a knee or stand up to rest, you must complete ten sit ups to buy back in to the work out (do the sit ups right there on the track!).

Where was everyone this morning? Props to the four that made it in this morning! My suspicion is that some of you looked at the WOD ahead of time and thought "There's no way I'm doing that". It's normal to dread/fear/hate certain elements but don't ever back down from it. It just gets easier to do that the next time and soon you're back to square one. If you want to improve your fitness you've got to do things different from what you were doing before. Come in, scale it as much as needed and learn to improve your form so you can overcome the fear/dread/hate. I used to hate any workout that had overhead squats and snatches because of the general lack of strength in my shoulders but they've quickly become some of my favorite movements as I've worked on them. Just keep dragging your butts out of bed and your trainers will help you through the rest. No excuses. See you tomorrow.

Geez you guys have me all scared now. I'm doing this workout in the morning for make-up day. Anyone that wants/needs to give it a shot I'll be there bright and early. Hopefully I'll get going by 5:30ish.
