You complete 10 reps of each movement, then 9, and so on. A video of how to complete a man maker is found here. The weight is for each dumbbell- so men use 25 pound dumbbells, ladies 15 pounds. If you do not have a handstand push up, there is an instructional video here. To scale, complete the push ups with your knees on a box.
