Rest / Make Up Day
You certainly earned this rest day! Great job to everyone this week. If you missed a workout, today is your opportunity to make it up.
For those of you with sore legs, check out this video! Kelly Starrett, CrossFit's favorite Physical Therapist, shares his first "Mobility WOD" with you. I have done this several times- and I guarantee it will loosen your legs up!
Also, to everyone who is going to be a part of the Legends Program, which better be all of you, I posted a sign up sheet for the first week of testing on the bulletin board outside the Yoga room. Please make sure to sign up ASAP before it fills up!
