10 L Pull Ups
15 Good Mornings (95/65)
20 Sit Ups with 25# plate

If you don't have your L pull up yet, work on your strict pull ups. If you don't have your strict pull up, do a banded strict pull up. Bands are in the black box in my office. Have fun guys! :)
