**So the first set, you will complete 30 Wall Ball, 30 Box Jump, and Bear Crawl down and back one time in the gym (carpet to carpet), second round complete 20 of each then the same distance of Bear Crawl, then finish with 10 of each, and the Bear Crawl. Wall Ball is to be thrown to ten foot target, make sure your squat is below parallel or the rep does not count. For the box jump, open your hips completely with both feet on the box before jumping back down.
