10 Handstand Push Ups
15 Deadlifts, 250/165lb
25 Box Jumps, 30 in Box
50 Pull Ups
100 Wallball Shots, 20/14lb
200 Double Unders
Run 400m with a 45lb plate

R.E.C.: Bench Press AND Push Press 5 × 2, alternate between the two exercises. You should get heavy enough that you are nearly failing your last sets.
