HAPPY THANKSGIVNG 2012!!

All of us at Lifetime Health and Fitness and CrossFit307 would like to wish each of you a Happy and Healthy Thanksgiving!  We hope you get to enjoy the day with the ones you love.

We've created a WOD that you'll hopefully be able to do at home since the gym will be closed.  Don't forget, start times for the Black Friday WOD are at 9:00 A.M. and Noon.

WOD:  22 Minute AMRAP

11 Tuck Jumps

11 Under Doubles

11 Ring Dips (if you don'thave rings, use a chair or bench)\

11 Knee Jumps

11 Eeburps

11 Y-Inverteds (Ok, it's a Hand stand push up.  You try coming up with a movement that starts with "Y" and see how easy it is.  Five points to the best suggestion.  Go!)
