11 Ring Dips (if you don'thave rings, use a chair or bench)\
11 Knee Jumps
11 Y-Inverteds (Ok, it's a Hand stand push up. You try coming up with a movement that starts with "Y" and see how easy it is. Five points to the best suggestion. Go!)
