Pre-WOD: In 4 minutes, run 400 meters, then, in the remaining time, complete as many chest to bar pull ups as possible!

***I will buy a "paleo" candy bar for who ever comes up with the best excuse of "why not" to do this workout. But you still have to show up to do it! If you have wrist straps, I recommend wearing them - this is a very wrist demanding WOD.
