"Paturday Part II"

Three Rounds for time of:
Row 250 meters
20 Toes to Bar
20 Overhead Squats (95/65)
20 Burpee Box Jumps
Sled Push (180/70)
1 Rope Climb (20') or 2 short Rope Climb (10')

After you finish the three rounds, finish with the following:
100 Double Unders
50 Wall Balls
25 Handstand Pus Ups

*There will be a group WOD at 7 AM. This will be the only time you will allowed to climb the 20' rope. If you are unable to make the 7 AM time, scale with the 10' rope climb. Have fun!!!
