In honor of Ginger's (Kevin's) last day, we will be completing a WOD he has created! Be sure to give his lovely ginger locks a pat when you wish him luck in Lander!

For time:
Swim 10 Laps
Then, complete three rounds of:
50 Wall Balls (20/14)
25 Box Jumps
1 lap Farmers Walk with bumper plates (25/15) in each hand
25 Strict Pull Ups
50 AbMat Sit Ups
25 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)
50 Double Unders
250 meter Row
Then, (after completing three rounds) finish with swim 10 laps
