Skill: 6 minutes of Handstand Walk practice

WOD: For 30 minutes, on the top of every minute, complete:
5 Thrusters (135/95)

***You must clean the bar off the ground at the start of each minute to start the movement. Adjust the weight as needed to make completing 5 each time get very difficult.
