WOD: "Go and Get your Fran"
Place barbell and two plates by the entry to the box. Athletes will start at the pull up rig, sprint one lap, then grab one piece of equipment and complete another lap taking the piece of equipment back to the pull up rig. Repeat for each of the three pieces of equipment (2 laps for each piece of equipment; one lap unloaded, one lap loaded). Once alll three pieces of equipment are back at the pull up rig, assemble your barbell and complete Fran. Score is total time.
