WOD: 5K Run
Run the Big Loop: From the gym doors, run up the hill to the light on Blackmore. Turn left, run down the hill to 2nd Street. Left on 2nd Street, then left on Landmark and back to the 307.
Push it if you missed a day or use it as an active recovery day and take it a bit slower. Most of all, have fun with this and enjoy the fresh air and the nice weather!
