Event #2:

Event 2 is the first partner WOD of the day.  Two athletes from each team will perform as many reps as possible in a shared burden WOD. There are no minimums for either athlete on any movement. This is a 100 point event.

Your team must complete the reps of each movement before moving to the next movement.  At the start, both Athletes must be touching the starting wall.  At Go, you may head to the bar. 

Movement Standards:

Toes-to-Bar: , your pair will have multiple options of bar heights in your lane. For the Toes-to-Bar to count, the athlete's feet must begin behind the bar at the bottom and both feet must touch the bar at the same time at the top. The Athletes may split the total reps up as needed.  As soon as the final rep is counted, you may begin your next station.

Box Jump Overs:  Each rep begins with a two footed jump, step ups are not permitted.  The athlete may jump over the box without touching or may land on top before jumping or stepping off the other side.  The athlete may not use their hands and the feet must go over the box, not around it. Touching the box with a hand is a no rep.

Overhead Squats:  At the bottom, the hip crease must be below the top of the knee.  At the top, the barbell must come to full lockout overhead with the hips, knees and arms fully extended and the bar directly over the middle of the body.  Athletes may get the barbell overhead in any way and a full squat snatch is allowed to start the rep if to full depth.

Rope Climb: The athlete will ascend the rope, with or without legs, and touch the marker at 15’.  Jumping up to begin the rep is allowed.  On the descent, the athlete must show control and may not drop from the rope until their hands touch below the 9’ mark. Once all reps are completed, Athletes move back to OHS, then to Box Jump Overs, then back to T2B to start a new round.

Your score will be your total reps at the 10 min mark.
