Although the amount of muscle you have does make a big difference in how much weight you can move, it isnt the most important thing. By training your nervous system to recruit more motor units (muscle fibers), and training muscle to contract more forcefully, we can get the most out of the muscle we do have. So remember you dont have to be huge to be strong so dont underestimate yoursleves.
