Metabolic Conditioning

Metabolic conditioning is the foundation of crossfit so its important to sometimes get back to the foundational movements, such as thrusters and burpees.Both movements are very simple, total body, and metabolically demanding so they are great to work on conditioning. However even with simple movements, there are many different ways they can be done, one of my favorites is the dumbbell thruster.
