Snatch Endurance

Snatch is a huge weakness at the 307, and snatch strength endurance is an even bigger weakness, as indicated in our performance in the 2013 crossfit open. Here is a quick bit of strength work to try and improve upon those aspects of fitness.  

Exercise: Max rep set unbroken at 135/95, then immediatly do a max rep set at 95/65. (Your shooting for 15-20 reps at each weight, but remember make it hurt.)
