Train How You Want to Perform

Its easy to get lulled into the daily grind of training and lose a little intensity, or just lose that edge and go 95% instead of 100, but its important that we as athletes are are training with the bigger picture in mind. This bigger picture for many of us is competition performance. However, i do not mean that you should be serious all the time, just that you should train how you want to perform while having fun.
