Zercher Yoke Carry

The zercher yoke carry for those of you that have not tried it, is a very demanding exercise that will really challenge your midline. For anyone that has a weaker front loaded position, say in the front squat or clean, this will help develop core strength in that loading position with some pretty heavy loads. Here is a great video from HQ to show how to set up and perform this type of carry, enjoy.

Workout: Take at least 6 attempts, work up to heaviest load possible for a 30 meter ( length of the box) carry.
