Strength in the Bottom

One of the most common issues when it comes to squat cleans is not being able to stand up with the weight once it has been cleaned, so here is some strength to help with that bottom position.

Exercise: 1 1/4 Squats 12x1 ( Squat all the way down, bouce 1/4 of the way up, sit down again then stand. Challenge yourself with weight, try to work up to 90% of your 1 rep max front squat. Remember focus on staying tight in your midline, good posture, and drive those knees out.)
