Supplements in crossfit is a hot topic when it comes to recovery and preformance especially with athletes that want to compete at a higher level. I believe in keeping things simple when it comes to this aspect of nutrition. The only supplements that i truly believe in are a good protein powder, my favorites are Beverly Internationals UMP and Muscle Provider and Progenex, fish oil, magnesium, and vitamin D.
