Shoulder Power

CrossFit is packed with overhead movements, so having power overhead is essential, so here is some additional work to develope that aspect of our fitness. Its important to remember that we get out of it what we put into it, so be aggressive with your lifts and really challenge yourselves with the weights your lifting. Here is a video of an Russian Olympic lifter doing a one rep max, this guy is a beast.
