Brute Strength

Strongman events are some of the most basic functional exercises that we can do to help develope raw strength in a funtional movement. The beauty in strongman is that most of the movements require very little learning because our bodies are hardwired to perform them. Todays exercise will develope great grip strength, unilateral hip strength, as well as great core stability.

Exercise: Farmers carry 5 Lengths of the box (weight in each hand, add weight and find the max weight you can carry for one length.)
