The next step in building our bar speed is to add 5% to our deadlift weight from 2 weeks ago and lift that heavier weight just as fast as the previous week. Continue to focus on a tight midline and a fast tight pull.
Exercise: 2 reps on every 20 seconds deadlift at 60% of your 1 rep max (guys blue bands, ladies red bands. refer to previous deadlift post for video on set up)
Recipe of the Day: Killer Tortilla Crepe- 1T melted butter, 2 eggs, 1/4C arrow root powder, 1/8tsp baking soda, 1/8 tsp
Directions: Mix butter and eggs, add dry ingredients (for crepes add 1tsp vanilla), pour1/4 batter into skillet, brown both sides and serve it up!
