Exercise:12x25 meter Sled pushes with 30 seconds rest between each with arms fully extended @ Body Weight. ( you can do this alone or with a partner and just alternate lengths.)
Recipe of the Day: Spicy Sweet Potato Chili
Ingredients: 2 Large sweet potatoes, 1lb gound meat, 1 can red chili enchelada sauce, 1 can stewed tomatoes, 1 packet spicy chili mix, 16oz water.
Directions: Brown ground meat then, combine ingredients in a crock pot and cook for 6-7 hours untill sweet potatoes are tender. Serve with plaintain chips and avacado slices.
