Snatch Tips- Stance, Grip, and Positioning, The Essentials

The mechanics of snatching can be very complex, however having the proper stance, grip, posture, and over all positioning consistently, will make it easier to have the proper technique. Its important to remember that although we can make generalizations about set up, everyone has a different body structure or build, so its important to account for that so full potential can be reached.
