Increase Your Jerk

One very common trend in a lot of crossfit athletes especially at our box, is that many of us can clean a lot more than we can jerk which shows an imbalance in our Olympic lifting. One great way to work on the jerk is to do a behind the neck jerk so that the bar path is no longer an issue. Here is a great video with behind the neck technique, as well as some other great training ideas.
