The Secret To Success

I get approached on a daily basis and get asked every question you can imagine about being successful in fitness. How do i lose weight, gain weight, get stronger, get better technique, should i wear a belt, should i wear straps, what supplements should i take, ect... Having the proper guidance and coaching is definitely a key to being successful, however, there are 2 things just as important that often get overlooked. Here is a great video from power lifter Brandon Lilly, directed to power lifters, but i think it applies very well to us as cross fitters even if we do not want to compete or be the best, and watching it will remind us how to be successful not only in athletics, but also in life.
