Self Evaluation

As the open draws to a close, we should all take thins opportunity to evaluate our fitness in terms of strengths, weaknesses, and goals. The open is a measuring stick for us as crossfitters to test ourselves each year, gauging out overall fitness progress. After the open, take into account thing you may have struggled with in the open, things you excelled at, where you ranked in comparison to your personal goals, and where you rank among your peers. Take all of that into account, be honest with yourself and ask the question, did i reach my goal, why or why not. After considering how the open went, and what you got out of it, its time to look ahead, plan some new realistic attainable goals, make a plan of attack, and start the journey again. Everyone has done great this year thank you all for participating and making the 2014 open great!
