Get Yoked

Now that the open is over and everyone has some time to get recovered, this is a great opportunity to work on some things that are a little different, but are the definition of function, and great for the body as a whole to build a working capacity. We are fortunate enough to have a yoke which is a great piece of equipment to develop functional Strength throughout your core, hips, and shoulders. Here are a few variations you can try, so grab a friend and have some fun. Just remember to start light, work within your abilities, but at the same time try and challenge yourself.
