Don't write "get a muscle up" (or pull up, or 350 Back Squat, or Double Unders) and then hope and dream. Ask coaches, scour the internet, find out what steps you need to take to reach your goal! Working just a little every day on the strength and skills you need to achieve your goal will bring you to success much faster than waiting and wishing. TAKE ACTION.
