I have been an athlete all of my life and I could pick up any sport pretty quick. Then I met CrossFit. I was not only totally humbled, but totally hooked as well. I love the constantly varied philosophy of CrossFit as I can get easily bored. Everyday is something new, something fun and always challenging, which keeps me coming back for more. I love the people I have met at CF307. The coaches and athletes inspire me on a daily basis. The dedication and hard work around the gym is contagious. I love sharing in small goals and huge PR’s. I am passionate about helping and motivating people, and I feel the atmosphere at CF307 is always positive and encouraging, and I am happy to be a part of it! I am a big supporter of utilizing fitness outside of the gym, as well. I regularly participate in organized basketball, soccer, volleyball, golf and tennis. I also like to snowboard, hike, bike and do pilates and yoga. I have noticed a HUGE difference in my strength and endurance in all of my athletic endeavors since starting CrossFit, proving the program works. Work hard in the gym and get out and play!
