Muscle Snatch Drop Sets
*Pick 2 weights about 50-60% of Power Snatch
Max. Start with heavier weight and snatch to
fatigue (Not Failure) then drop weight and snatch
to fatigue again.

Classic Lifts-Working Sets

Work to a Heavy Complex of:

Snatch-
1 Squat Snatch + 2 Hang Squat Snatch + 3 OHS

Clean-
1 Squat Clean + 2 Hang Squat Clean + 3 Front Squat

Jerk-
3 Push Press + 2 Power Jerk + 1 Split Jerk
