*Goal for these sets is to work on our barbell cycling/touch and go technique. The Open is just around the corner and we will be adjusting the OLY Program to help you prepare. Focus on a smooth and clean full cycle, the most important part of touch and go is how the weight is controlled back to the floor in preparation for the next rep.
