7 Dead Lift (135/95)
7 Hang Clean (135/95)
7 Push Jerk (135/95)
Run 800 m (6 laps)

Spend 10 minutes working on your handstand. Start on the wall, then walking sideways on the wall, finishing with a full handstand walk if you are able! If you can't kick up on to the wall yet, work on your decline push up (place your knees or feet on top of a box).
