Pre-WOD R.E.C: Dead Lift 5×3

WOD: 30 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
15 Overhead Squats (115/75)
50 Double Unders
400 meter Run

*To scale the overhead squat, simply lower the weight. Make sure you can execute the range of motion before loading the bar with more weight. If you don't have double unders, do four times as many singles, so 200 single unders for each round.
