Skill:  10 minutes of Double Under Practice 
WOD:  "Squat and Burp"  (20 minute Tapout)
100 Overhead Squats (95/65) but,
Every Minute On The Minute do 3 burpee box jumps (24/20)
(Scale OHS as appropriate, getting 3-5 reps each minute will not cut it)
REC:  Muscle Ups/Strict or Weighted Pull ups  3x8
